Standard Packing Way:
Will be separate packing, each door frame & panel are separate, this can save space & more safety, around 90% of clients use this way.
Pre-hung Packing:
Door with aluminum frame are more use this way, for our other wooden door, it will need extra plywood packing, this extra packing material will take more container spaces, so it will have material, shipping and labor cost. We have around 10% of clients use this way (mainly in United States).
Plywood Wooden Pallet Packing:
This is suitable for retail order for few quantity, and mostly delivery by air, this way will with packing cost around $80-100 per each 6 doors, can with very good safety packing. Around 30% clients use this if delivery by air.
Plywood Wooden Box Packing:
The most safe way to protect high class door, or door with glasses. For example, 5 doors can pack together & will with $100-120 for packing. Around 70% clients use this if delivery by air for high class doors.
